Discipleship Training
Most classes meet Sunday evenings from 5:00 to 5:45
Discipleship Training at West End provides an opportunity for groups of all ages to go deeper into God’s Word in small group settings. Instead of teachers, classes have leaders or facilitators to encourage discussion and interaction among members of a class.
Classes are held quarterly throughout the church educational year, which runs from September to August.
There are three categories of classes:
- Comprehensive Classes - are always ongoing in the church and are usually taught with quarterly study guides.
- Specialized Classes - are offered periodically throughout the year and deal with specific topics in an eight to sixteen week setting.
- In-Depth Classes - are offered periodically throughout the year and take a detailed look at one specific topic such as prayer and worship.
